The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made worldwide unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days within Germany. International deliveries may vary.

6. Retention of title

9. Liability

The provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Wiesbaden, provided the customer is a merchant.
